We provide Residential Block Management Services, aimed primarily at smaller and medium sized blocks, a part of the sector which is often ignored. We use industry leading software to provide leaseholders of even the smallest blocks with online interactive tools.

You can tailor our services to suit the needs of your block, choosing for example Company Secretarial Services and the provision of a Registered Office Address, Service charge invoicing, keeping financial records and liaising with your Company Accountant, chasing arrears, cleaning and maintenance, answering complaints, repair queries and advising on breaches of lease or anti social behaviour.  

Director

After graduating from the University of Liverpool, David Simpson started his career in Residential Block Management in 1986 and has subsequently practised in residential and commercial agency, in addition to leasehold management.

Successful relationships in Block Management are based on mutual understanding and partnership between the Agent and the Client. It is often a long standing arrangement which provides continuity through changes in ownership. The first step in the process is to meet and discuss what the basis for that relationship should be. We provide an estimate of our services based on our discussions with you, on a no obligation basis and are available to subsequently attend a meeting of the Directors or leaseholders to discuss and answer any questions.
